1. Online Ordering:
Buying online at greenfinger-hydroponics.co.uk is absolutely
safe and secure.
2. Availability:
greenfinger-hydroponics.co.uk maintains a wide stock of select
products for hydroponics enthusiasts. However, even though
the vast majority of the items are available there are times
when we do run out of a product(s). If goods are unavailable
for immediate delivery, (we endeavour 3-5 working days) for
example, when stock is on back order with our wholesalers
our we will inform you when the product(s) you ordered would
be available for despatch or find a suitable replacement should
you so desire. Your card will be debited only if the product
is available for immediate despatch. If we cannot supply the
goods to you we will not charge you and refund any monies
put down to secure the item(s). We do not take any responsibility
if we are unable to deliver the goods and will no compensate
the buyer for any losses that may occur should the products
no arrive.
3. Pricing:
The Price indicated against the item is inclusive of VAT and
are subject to change without warning. Freight and Handling
costs, are determined by weight of the item(s) ordered and
will be sent by either Business Post or Royal Mail –
whichever is cheaper for you.
In case of International orders, additional charges such as
import taxes and tariffs may apply when shipping to some countries
and the same will have to be borne by the purchaser.
4. International Orders:
We accept international orders. For international orders we
us FedEx.
Customs Duty / import taxes or tariffs if any, that will have
to be provided will be pain by the customer.
5. Shipment Details:
Consignment Tracking: Goods shipped and invoiced directly
from greenfinger-hydroponics.com. Royal Mail deliveries are
sent as recorded and can be traced with the consignment number.
Business Post deliveries are tracked with a consignment number
a can be tracked on line using this number. To find out the
status of your order, you could contact us and we would be
able to appraise you of the same within 48 hours of receiving
your request.
Delivery Schedule: Your purchase is generally shipped to you
directly within days of the acceptance of Order. Once a shipment
is made, you may expect delivery within a week in the case
of sales made in the UK and within two weeks for international
orders.
We will not be able to dispatch shipments to post box addresses
and only to the credit card holder’s address. The only
exception to this if for cash payments.
6. Delivery:
Delivery will be attempted by the chosen delivery company
and a 'SORRY CARD' will be left behind each time an attempt
to deliver has been made. If, after three attempts Business
Post/ Royal Mail is unable to deliver on account of non-availability
of the recipient at the given shipping address, you will be
expected to contact the local Business Post/ Royal Mail office
as mentioned in the 'SORRY CARD' within 72 hours to arrange
for delivery.
Valid Delivery: A delivery effected at the shipping address
as mentioned by you will constitute valid delivery.
7. Payment Options:
Cash payments will be accepted in Sterling, and Euros and
US Dollars if needed for international orders. For all On-Line
Orders, we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa and
Switch at present.
We will debit your card only when we are in a position to
send the goods that you ordered.
In case of international orders, additional charges such as
import taxes may apply when shipping to some countries and
the same will have to be borne by the buyer and payment will
have to be made separately on or before delivery.
Shoppers can also send in their requests for availing other
modes of payment.
8. Return & Refund Policy:
Damaged and missing items: All sales are final unless the
product is damaged when it reaches you. We would request you
to check the goods delivered to you before accepting delivery
of the same. If the damage is apparent from the packaging,
DO NOT OPEN IT. Please note that If there appears to be no
external damage we will entertain return / refund claims for
goods only when greenfinger-hydroponics.com is notified within
3 days. To qualify for compensation the goods must remain
UNOPENED.
Mis-Orders: If you have ordered something you do not want
you must return it to greenfinger-hydroponics.com within 7
days unopened. Upon us receiving the returned goods we will
refund you minus shipping and handing costs.
9. Disclaimer:
